My love for food started since I was in my mother’s womb. That’s the reason I’m all chubby everywhere. When I came to Adelaide, it was a whole new level of cooking skills. I learnt how to cook only when I attended home economics classes, reason being because it was just an easy subject to pass. So I made desserts such as pies, pastries and cakes. I found out tricks and the love of taste when every ingredient mattered. I also baked at home only to improve my baking skills as well as eat em’ all up. =)
Then after a year, I stopped. I went more musical, singing. And finally after 2 years, I’m back in the kitchen baby. Last week was Shai’s 23rd birthday. So I thought of doing something that would just stun her to the fullest. I made her a Ferrero Rocher cupcake. As you can see the picture below, im very satisfied with the outcome of it. Most of all, I love how Shai still don’t believe I was the one that made it (all alone). So I proud to say I’m back in the business baby =)
On Friday, I’m going to make butter cookies. Let’s see how it turns out.
